Chart and breakdown
Chart modes, AI insight, and the breakdown table's columns, options, and exports.
Cost over time
| Mode | Shows |
|---|---|
| Stacked | Each group stacked, so the top line is the total |
| Bars | Grouped bars per period |
| 100% | Each group's share of each period |
| Lines | One line per group, for comparing trends |
Select Show AI insight for a one-line explanation of the chart, such as which group drove the largest change. The legend under the chart shows each group's total for the range.
Breakdown table
The breakdown lists every group with:
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Group | The value of the current hierarchy level. Tick or untick to include it in the chart. |
| Total cost | Total for the range. Select to sort. |
| Share | Share of the total |
| Trend | Sparkline across the range |
| One column per period | Cost in each day, week, month, or quarter |
The Total · all row sums every group. Pagination at the bottom sets rows per page.

Breakdown menu (⋯)
