Slack
Send alerts, SLA breaches, and weekly digests to Slack channels and DMs.
Slack is where most OpsLyft alerts land: budget thresholds, new tickets, SLA breaches, and digests.
Connect Slack
Go to Tickets → Integrations and select + Connect, then Slack.
Choose your workspace, such as acme.slack.com, and approve the app.
Set up routing (below).

Keep the app up to date
When the OpsLyft Slack app needs new permissions, Needs attention shows Slack app needs a scope update with a deadline. Alerts keep delivering until then. Select Update to approve the new scopes.
