What you see
Each model appears as its own service, such as Claude Sonnet 4.6 (Amazon Bedrock Edition), with usage types that separate input and output tokens by region, such as USE1_InputTokenCount-Units and USE1_OutputTokenCount-Units.

New models and prompt changes show up quickly as anomalies:
