People and workspaces
Invite teammates, manage roles, and separate data into workspaces.
Joining your organisation
Anyone with a work email on your organisation's domain can join without an invite. Invite anyone else from Settings → People.
When someone who doesn't own a provider account is setting up OpsLyft, they can send the provider owner a join link from the connect step. See Onboarding.
People
Settings → People lists members and their roles. Each person also picks a persona role (FinOps lead, Engineering / Platform, Finance & procurement, or Leadership) that tunes their home page and default lens. Persona roles don't change permissions.
Workspaces
Settings → Workspaces lets you split your organisation into workspaces, for example one per business unit, each with its own providers, canvases, and budgets.
The People and Workspaces pages are rolling out in v2. Until they arrive, contact support to change roles or workspaces.
